1. 我们收集哪些数据 What we collect

中文：我们仅收集为提供辅导服务所必需的信息：家长的邮箱地址、学生的年级和学习偏好、与 AI 的辅导对话内容、以及每道知识点的掌握进度。我们不收集学生的真实姓名、照片、精确位置或学校账号信息。

English: We collect only what is needed to provide tutoring: parent email, student grade and preferences, tutoring conversation content, and per-standard mastery progress. We do not collect students' legal names, photos, precise location, or school account credentials.

2. COPPA 合规 COPPA Compliance

中文：本服务面向13岁以下儿童的家长，由家长注册账号并管理学生档案。我们不允许未成年学生直接注册或提供个人信息。所有学生数据的收集均经过家长明确同意。

English: This service is directed at parents of children under 13. Parents register accounts and manage student profiles. We do not allow minors to register directly or provide personal information without parental consent. All student data collection requires explicit parental consent.

3. 数据使用方式 How we use data

中文：我们使用收集的数据来：(1) 为学生提供个性化的数学辅导；(2) 追踪每个知识点的掌握进度；(3) 向家长展示学习报告。我们不会将学生数据出售给第三方，也不用于广告目的。

English: We use data to: (1) provide personalized math tutoring; (2) track mastery progress per standard; (3) show learning reports to parents. We do not sell student data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. 数据共享 Data sharing

中文：我们的服务使用 Supabase（数据库和认证）和 Anthropic Claude API（AI 辅导）。对话内容会发送至 Anthropic 处理，但不会被 Anthropic 用于训练模型。合作机构（如 ELC 启智）可查看其机构下学生的掌握度汇总，但无法访问完整的对话记录。

English: We use Supabase (database and auth) and Anthropic Claude API (AI tutoring). Conversation content is sent to Anthropic for processing but is not used to train Anthropic's models. Partner institutions can view aggregated mastery data for their students but cannot access full conversation transcripts.

5. 数据删除 Data deletion

中文：家长可随时通过发送邮件至 privacy@zyntri.net 请求删除所有账号数据，包括学生记录和对话历史。我们将在30天内处理删除请求。

English: Parents may request deletion of all account data, including student records and conversation history, by emailing privacy@zyntri.net. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
